Notes From Ms. Davis
It's starting to feel like Fall outside! The temperature is getting cooler and fall activites are coming around the corner! Just as a reminder, if your child or other students in your family are in need of a winter coat this season, please contact Mallory Malone. She has coats in her office for students in need.
This week, in math students are going to be diving further into place value. Understanding that what each digit means in a number. For example, 273 means 2 hundreds, 7 tens, and 3 ones. In ELA, we are continuing to read for meaning and learning about being good citizens and national symbols. In science we are finishing up learning about color and texture and moving onto states of matter.
Let me know if you have any questions. Looking forward to a great week!
