4th Grade Webinar Opportunity
Mrs. Hague's Science Class
What Is A Webinar?
Short for Web-based seminar, a presentation, lecture, workshop or seminar that is transmitted over the Web.
A key feature of a Webinar is its interactive elements -- the ability to give, receive and discuss information.
All 4th grade students will attend the webinar described below in Mrs. Hague's science class on Wednesday, Nov. 13th at 2:00pm. This live webinar will last about 45 mins and will allow students to interact and ask questions to the presenter through the web.
This particular series brings science to students with real world applications. They will see first hand one way scientist conduct research under water!
Aquarious Live Webinar
Dr. Heithaus will give us an inside look at the operation of the Aquarius Reef Base in Key Largo, Florida. This amazing research, training, and observation facility includes the Aquarius undersea laboratory, where scientists live and work underwater 24 hours per day for one to two week missions!
