We encourage you to prioritize your mental health the same way you do your physical health. Mental health is health; it affects everything! Caring for yourself, mind, body and spirit, allows you to maintain a healthy relationship with yourself, your loved ones and the world around you.

We are now offering an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to assist our district Employees. Our Life Insurance Carrier Voya works with ComPsych Corporation to administer this benefit. Offerings will include emotional well being, Family Source, LegalConnect, and FinancialConnect.

1. Log onto my.cfisd.net

2. Click on the Employee Resources icon

3. Click on the Benefit Solver icon

4. Find your name in the top right corner and click on the down arrow

5. Open your Benefit Summary

6. Find the My Security section

7. There you will see information on Voya Basic Life and Employee Assistance Program

988 offers 24/7 access to trained crisis counselors who can help people experiencing mental health-related distress. That could be:

Thoughts of suicide
Mental health or substance use crisis, or
Any other kind of emotion distress

People can call or text 988 or chat 988lifeline.org for themselves or if they are worried about a loved one who may need crisis support.

988 serves as a universal entry point so that no matter where you live in the United States, you can reach a trained crisis counselor who can help.
