Get to know your librarian

Big picture
Hello! I'm so glad to be serving as your librarian. This is the beginning of my sixth year as librarian. Before this, I taught English Literature for 19 years, all but one were in this very same school. I love the Crimson Bears and can't imagine a more perfect job than being a librarian. I still work with students and collaborate with teachers and I get to read lots of books and sometimes, English essays, though I no longer have to grade papers...so I can read even more books! If you have any book recommendations, send them my way. If you want to join Battle of the Books, email me! We're still open to new members. The only pre-requisite is that you are willing to take a chance on a book.

Reminders

  • you may return books between 8am - 4pm M-F
  • still have books from last year, return them now, please.
  • the virtual library is open 24hrs if you wish to borrow ebooks or audiobooks.
