THERE'S AN APP FOR THAT!
For some students social skills do not come naturally or easily and believe it or not....there is an app for that. The Social Express II is a 5 Star rated app recommended by Common Sense Media for ages 7 and above. According to their information it is "an excellent, animated app for boosting kids' social-awareness skills. Each lesson presents interactive social situations using video modeling, "hidden rules", and suggestions for how to problem-solve in daily life". There are two levels of play that are differentiated with basic cues for beginners and more social situations for intermediate users.
