The Week Ahead
A Preview of the week 3/20-3/24
Dear Families,
Senators Vin Gopal and Andrew Zwicker have sponsored a bill, S3732 which would appropriate $102,784,455 in additional State Aid to districts like ours that have been negatively impacted by the recent round of funding. (non-funding) The bill is fast-tracked and put forth for a vote Monday!
Upper Township stands to gain back funding that will allow us to reverse looming cuts to our preschool, summer enrichment and technology.
Please e-mail any and all Senators, Republican or Democrat and ask them to support S3732. Use the resources on our web page or here: https://www.njleg.state.nj.us/
Thank you for your support!
Christopher Kobik
Acting Superintendent
