CARE Network - Lemon Grove Academy Middle School
Lemon Grove Academy Middle School is the proud participant of High Tech High Graduate School of Education's CARE Network where our aim is to increase the number of students who are Black, Latinx, Indigenous or from low-income backgrounds who have a strong academic identity and are on-track in 8th grade to graduate high school and successfully enter college and career.

Revoking Consent Form for COVID-19 Testing
If you no longer would like your child tested weekly, please complete the form to REVOKE CONSENT to test. Other helpful information regarding COVID-19 testing, is all located on the COVID-19 Testing FAQ document. This document can also be found on the LGSD website under the COVID-19 Safety Plan button.
SPIRIT WEEK BEGINS TODAY! (FEB. 7th - 11th)
Hey LGAM Families:
We are excited to announce that on Monday, February 7th, we will launch another Spirit Week!
The themes for each day are as follows:
1) Monday: House Party - wear the colors of the House you are assigned to at school.
2) Tuesday: PWR Day! - wear red, pink, and/or white in representation of Valentines Day.
3) Wednesday: Backwards Day! - wear your clothes backwards
4) Throwback Thursday: wear clothes that represents a specific time period back in the day.
5) Friday: Black Music Artist Day: Dress up as a black music artist
We look forward to taking pictures and showing our school spirit, so we can add these memories to our yearbook!

In honor of Black History Month, San Diego Public Library celebrates the rich heritage, history, and contributions of the African diaspora in the U.S. ! We celebrate with an array of programs for all ages and recommended reading and listening lists from our collections throughout the month of February.
