  • Google Books- The goal of Google is “to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful".

  • Google Scholar-Google Scholar is a freely accessible Web search engine that indexes the full text of scholarly literature across an array of publishing formats and disciplines.

  • site brings together 50 research institutions and libraries across the United States and Europe. Over 9 million volumes have been digitized and over 2.5 million are in the public domain.

  • If you want to research what a web site looked like years ago, try the Wayback machine.The Wayback Machine is a great example of "digital footprints" when discussing digital citizenship with students.
