A Note from Dr. Whipple
August 28, 2023
The mornings are getting cooler and the days shorter, sadly summer is winding down. However with fall around the corner, brings awesome colors, football, savory foods, all things apple and pumpkin, and of course the start of a new school year. With fall sports in full swing and Freshmen Orientation taking place last week, it is great to start to see our students coming back into the building. We are very excited about this upcoming school year! See below for some important updates and reminders...
Handbook, Code of Conduct and Forms OH MY!
Please be sure to take the time to review the Student Handbook and Code of Conduct prior to the start of school. These documents have important information regarding academic requirements, offerings, behavior expectations and other procedures.
Also here is the link to all the annual forms that need to be completed.
An Emergency Contact form was mailed home 8/18 with the Free and Reduced Lunches mailing - please change anything that needs correcting, sign it and return it to our Main Office.
Reminder of the HS Parking Lot Traffic Pattern
We welcomed 64 students from the incoming Class of 2027 to RACHS last Thursday. Students got to meet many of their 9th grade teachers, go on building tours (led by Seniors in National Honor Society), try out their lockers, and have some Mac's Pizza for lunch. It was a great start to their high school experience! If you are an incoming Freshman who did not get a chance to participate, you may access the slideshow presentation here.
