A few safety reminders for families dropping off and picking up their students:

  • Do not block the crosswalks
  • Follow all directions of staff and be courteous
  • Please have your student ready to get out of the car when dropping off in the morning
  • Make sure to bring your pick-up number or I.D. when picking up your student

We appreciate your continued support and patience for the safety of our students and staff, and value your involvement with your child's education and success.

News From Mrs. Huelsman

Our district is thrilled to introduce an elementary school culinary competition! We encourage any 4th or 5th grader who likes to cook to participate. Students will need to submit recipes for their favorite fruit or vegetable side dish. They can submit them electronically (the QR bar code is provided below) or using a paper recipe entry form that can be found in the school office. The deadline to submit their recipe is Friday, January 20th.

Two lucky winners from each school will be chosen as finalists to compete in our district contest at Sam Barlow High School on March 10, 2023. All finalists will receive a framed plaque, recipe book of all finalists’ recipes, chef coat, apron and hat. We are calling all future chefs for our competition!
