The Viking View - Families

Monday November 16th

From the Desk of Principal Williams

Dear Families,

What are you grateful for? I know that these times can be challenging and difficult. During some of our hardest times, it is helpful to think of all that we are grateful for. Here are some of mine;

  • The Steele Lane Staff - they have been going above and beyond to support your families and students.
  • Our students are trying so hard at home to persevere and participate and complete assignments that their teachers are giving them.
  • Our families at home doing the hard work of being an educational partner during distance learning.
I've said this before, but I am so glad to be the principal of this school community. You all are a caring community. Thank you for welcoming me into it and allowing me to be a member of this Viking family.

May the FORCE be with you,

Mrs. Williams

Apps To Support Your Student At Home

Your student can log into class link to see all of the apps available to them. We pay extra for the applications above. These apps support your students in English and Math. They are extra support and are often fun and challenging for our students. They are game-based and help fill in some of the gaps.

Please support your student in accessing these apps.
