These are the food groups: fruit, vegetables, bread, meat fish, and other cereal and potatoes. Eat too many calories can cause health problems . Things like pop, energy drinks, fast food, and ice cream all have a lot of calories. Look at the labels before you eat food.
Healthy diet
Eating healthy is less chance of mental illness. If you eat healthy your body will feel great and you won't be mad, sad all the time. If you eat healthy, your cholesteral will not go high. If you get healthy and drink a lot of water then you will not have diabetis. If you eat healthy foods, you will have better physical health too.
Good habits
Some things that are important about eating healthy is to excercise then you will have more energy. You should also eat good food but only the right amount, eating too much even if it is good food is not good for you. You should drink a good amount of water a day, but don't drink too much because it will make you sick.
