Traditional dishes of Peru
Peru has a vast quantity of delicious meals. One of these meals is Arroz Chaufa which is Peru's version of fried rice. This recipe uses garlic, white rice, onions, soy sauce, and chicken. Another recipe is Ceviche Peruano which is fish marinated in lime and lemon juice.

when you met someone for the first time or you are being introduce, people in peru often shake hands. Women or close friend of opposite sex kiss each other on the cheek. Men however shake hand or pat each others back. When you visit families or friends always say buenos dias, buenas tardes, or buenas noches depending on the time of the day.

Celebrations of Peru
Peru has many different celebrations throughout the year Ranging from new years to Christmas. Some of the more celebrated holidays include christmas, easter, independence day, and el senor de los milagros. EAster is a catholic holiday that is celebrated over 2 days. Independence day is celebrated on july 28 and marks the beginning of winter break for children. El senor de los milagros is centered around a picture of Jesus which is said to be able to heal people. Christmas is also celebrated like in the U.S.

First of Peru has a lot of tourist spots where families can enjoy together. It also has a lot of history behind it and it you wanted to learn about it you could. The people their are nice and won't treat you bad if you are a foreigner. You can learn how people greet each other and compare it to your own country and how different things are.

Traditional songs in peru are about peru, people's feelings and animals. The instruments used are the charango, antara and quenas. The charango is sort of a small guitar. the antara is an assortment of flutes tied together. The quena is an instrument like the recorder.
