Admissions Information
Applications are evaluated on professional and personal goals, educational background, academic abilities, work experience, personal achievements, communication skills and maturity as well as suitability to the Stratford Chefs School program.

In addition to the completed Student Application Form, candidates must also include:
- Copy of the Ontario Secondary School Transcripts or its equivalent (if not written in English, a translation must be included)
- A final report card from your last year of high school (for students who graduated from high school after 2008)
- A detailed resume that includes all education (including partially completed programs) and work experiences to date as well as any volunteer work
- Biographical sketch (750-1000 words) answering the following questions:
- What is your culinary experience to date?
- Why are you interested in cooking as a profession?
- Why do you believe that the Stratford Chefs School is the right school for your training?
- What skills do you currently have and which skills you feel need to be more developed?
- Where do you see yourself at the end of school and five years after graduation?
Prospective students who meet the requirements to attend the Stratford Chefs School are accepted on an ongoing basis until the class for that year is full.
We are currently accepting applications for the fall sessions 2015 & 2016
