We expect our manager to know their employees in and out of work activities, this can protect us if they get in trouble and can help us discipline our workers a bit more. Our manager should know where everything is, what it is, and how much is costs. The manager should constantly be planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. Those are required to keep a balanced shop running and to also keep both you and your employees in line. We prefer you use the administrative management theory because it helps with efficiency. We need communicators because you need to talk effectively with customers and employees, we need relationship builders because if the customer feels comfortable around you then they will come back, and we need decision makers because sometimes you will need to make tough decisions.
