Tet Offensive
The Tet Offensive was a series of major attacks by communist forces in the Vietnam War. At the time, Vietcong troops seizes control in major cities destroying homes and killing innocent civilians that caught the United State's attention.
Democratic Convention
The 1968 Democratic Convention brought about by the Vietnamese war policies of President Johnson, prompted the party to bring violence between police and anti-Vietnam war protesters creating riots in the streets. Signing the war polices to fight in the war angered U.S. citizens.
