FACTS IS COMING TO ICCS
After much research and investigation, ICCS has partnered with FACTS Management Company to help manage tuition payments and financial aid assessments. FACTS is used by many schools locally, and over 6,500 schools nationwide. We are excited to work with FACTS and are confident this program will offer greater efficiency for our school community while providing more convenience for families. More details will be provided as we approach registration time.
Please feel free to contact the office with questions at (337) 433-3497.
GENIUSES NEED YOUR HELP!
This year in Genius hour, Grayson Ware and I, Blaide Navarre, are trying to change the time when students leave school campus each afternoon. We need the help of parents and guardians to get feedback on whether this is actually a good idea, whether it will work, and also how it will impact your life after school. We want to know if a change like this would potentially help your family or hurt your family. We would like to thank you for your time and hope you take this survey to help us gather data to help out our Genius Hour project.

LOST AND FOUND OVERFLOWING
All remaining items will be donated to the used uniform sale in the Spring. Parents are reminded to write student names in all outerwear pieces, school uniforms and on backpacks and lunchboxes.
SHARE YOUR GREENERY IDEAS AND PHOTOS
How do you use ICCS greenery to decorate your living or work space? Share your creative ideas and show off your style by submitting photos of your festive greenery creations. It’s simple! Snap a pic of your favorite live greenery infused area or wreath and email it to kmorgan@iccschool.org. Photos will be featured on the ICCS Facebook page and in future issues of the Panther Press.
Those submitting photos will be eligible for weekly prize drawings in December.
Congratulations to ICCS Grandpanther, Lisa Childress, winner of this weeks prize drawing!
WHEN TO KEEP YOUR CHILD HOME
As cold and flu season ramps up, parents are reminded of the importance of keeping students home until the illness has run its course and children are no longer contagious. Please review the following health/illness guidelines and help reduce the spread of germs at school.
- Fever (greater than 100 degrees): for fever and flu symptoms, a student should not return to school until the fever has been gone for 24 hours without the use of medication
- Vomiting: students return 24 hours after vomiting stops
- Diarrhea: students return 24 hours after diarrhea stops
- Contagious illnesses (strep throat, impetigo, pink eye, etc.): a student may return to school after 24 hours of treatment with antibiotic and if fever is not present.
