Walt Disney had a difficult upbringing
He lived with his father elias a restless and unsuccessful carpenter and farmer, was a stern religious fundamentalist who readily disciplined his children by denieing toys, games ,and sporting equipment. This had a big impact on his sons determination to look on the sunny side of life.Due to his family moving often because of his dads work, disneys education ended at the 9th grade and joined an art class due to his good drawing skills.

GETTING INVOLVED
CHOICES AND RESULTS
supplying the voice for the mouse.Mickey Mouse came to life in 1928, first as an airplane pilot, then as an adventurer and a sort of pirate-character.Soon, joined by a girlfriend Minnie the mouse.Their popularity led to the invention of Donald Duck, Pluto, and Goofy. As Mickey, appeared in many popular cartoons that were to stimulate America's imagination and create a vast marketing empire. Toys, dolls, games, watches, clothing, comic books, toothbrushes, T-shirts, furnishings, and even automobile decorations feature the character. But Disney's creations were far more than the "invention" of Mickey Mouse, Minnie, Goofy, and other characters.Along with brief animated advertising films, the company produced a series of animated fairy tales, "Alice in Cartoonland." Also "Oswald the Rabbit" series, "Snow White," "Pinocchio," and "Dumbo.."
