We had a fun-filled week with so many activities. Thank you to Mrs. Duncan and Mrs. Harris for planning Gold Rush Days for our 4th and 5th graders. Thanks to all the parents who also came out to support the event. Our staff vs 5th graders kickball game was full of laughter and many home runs. Join me in thanking Mrs. Colgan for a successful literacy week.

This is the last full week of the school year. We have three more days until summer!

4th Grade Bike Rodeo

Our 4th graders learned about bike and scooter safety. It was my first time riding a bike with some students!

District Issued Chromebooks

Students will be bringing home their district-provided Chromebooks for the summer. Beginning the 2022-2023 school year, all students will be expected to take home their Chromebooks daily as they will be using the Chromebooks in class and at home for work. Chargers will be kept at home. Chromebook covers have been purchased for current TK-2 students. Students who are leaving the district will need to return their Chromebooks by June 14th.

June 15 - 5th Grade Promotion

Fifth-grade families: Please save the date for our 5th-grade promotion ceremony on, June 15, 2022. The promotion will start at 8:45-9:45. Information was emailed and a copy sent home to all 5th-grade families.

Patience & Flexibility

Patience is to wait calmly for someone or something. It requires us to be calm and appreciate things that are done well take time. Patience requires that we give up wanting to control everything and are willing to wait until someone completes what they're doing or something runs its course.

Flexibility is the willingness to be understanding and change plans when necessary; to understand that things do not always go our way.
