October is National Bullying Prevention Awareness Month
Our goal is to reduce and prevent all forms of bullying and raise awareness about the impact it has on children. The more we promote kindness and respect for everyone, the closer we come to "Stomping Out Bullying" and creating a more positive culture. If you'd like to learn more about this important cause, please visit the Stomp Out Bullying website at https://www.stompoutbullying.org/. They provide valuable information for you and your family.
Together, we can make a difference in creating a safer and more inclusive environment for our students. Thank you for your support.
Reflex/Frax Math
Reflex/Frax Math is a valuable resource for students in grades 1-6, designed to improve math fluency. This program is available to students through their Clever accounts and is structured to start students at the appropriate level, beginning with addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, before progressing to fractions and decimals.
Reflex/Frax Math utilizes a game-based approach with built-in incentives to keep students actively engaged. Additionally, teachers will receive progress reports for each student, aiding them in tailoring their instruction.
Should you have any inquiries regarding Reflex/Frax Math, please don't hesitate to contact your child's classroom teacher.
English Learner Needs Assessment
At Morse, we are committed to providing the best possible education and support to our English Learner (EL) students and their families. To ensure that we are meeting the needs of our EL students and their families, we have created a Needs Assessment Survey. Your responses will help us tailor our programs and services to better serve our students.
Please click on the following link to access the EL Needs Assessment Survey.
If you have any questions or encounter any issues while completing the survey, please feel free to reach out to Janelle Bedard at jbedard@pylusd.org or (714) 524-6300.
