Uniform Fittings for Band Only (No Guard)
Fittings will occur Tuesday through Thursday of Band Camp Week #2. Please sign up for a slot for your student so that we can make the best use of our time and yours. Have you student wear gym shorts and a t-shirt to fit their uniform - NO jeans/cargo shorts.
We will be fitting all band students who have not yet been fitted this season. Percussion should come with any harness they will be wearing so that the jacket can be fitted appropriately.
Please be prompt for your fitting appointment. We have staggered the appointments so that no one is waiting for hours, but that also depends on your cooperation and volunteers.
VOLUNTEERS: I will need help to fit uniforms. If you are able to volunteer, please indicate that by choosing a slot and signing up. Freshman and Sophomore fittings will need more volunteers because most freshman are starting brand new with uniforms.
Sign up for fittings and to volunteer:

If any of these dates do not work with you, please contact Kristi Hibbetts hibbetts4@gmail.com to schedule. However, we do expect that we can conduct all fittings during this 3 day window.
Dine to Donate is MONDAY 5pm-8pm
We hope to see you at our first Dine 2 Donate tomorrow, July 29th at Noble Roman's! The students will be finished with band camp at 4pm and they will be hungry! Don't forget to bring or show the flyer on your mobile device when placing your order. You can also say that you are with Hamilton Southeastern High School Bands.
Please share our Dine to Donate with Family and Friends!
Senior Band Photos this Week!
The following is a repeat/reminder of the email sent out last week:
Seniors will be having their pictures taken the morning of Friday August 2. We will be starting at 8:30am. Guard will be wearing their warm up jacket. Band will be wearing the top of the band uniform. Please sign your student up for a slot to ensure we don't miss anyone. We are also looking for a few parents to help with the uniforms. You do not need to be the parent of a Senior to help with this!
Thank you,
Sheri Elfreich and Tracy Watkins
Student Accounts
The 3rd RCG fee payment of $200 is due August, 1, 2019. Please make sure your student’s account is paid up-to-date. Any questions regarding balances due can be directed to studentaccounts@hsehsbands.com or by logging into My Music Office.
Payments can be paid online at the band’s website.
From the Treasurer
I am very excited to see the progress of our marching band in the first camp week. We are going to end up having a very exciting season!
A couple of reminders:
1.) Remember to make your third payment by August 1st. Click below to make a payment on the band website:
http://www.hsehsbands.com/fees-1
2.) Recall from our early meetings that we want to continue to raise money in many ways to support all financial needs. Be sure to promote our 50/50 Fundraiser. Half of the money you raise goes to pay your student’s band account. The other half goes to the Royal Guardians fund (our parent group) that benefits all students in our band family. 3.) Start thinking about ways you can become involved. Watch the website and Facebook page along with the newsletter for exciting opportunities both small and more.
HSE Bands Car Wash Fundraiser
Car Wash: Saturday, August 10th 8am – 12pm.
Car Wash Ticket sales are currently happening. It is not too late to join in on this fundraiser. Students can still sign up to earn money towards their band fees by selling 5 car wash tickets to family and friends, a $50 reduction in fees! Additional sales will go to the general band fund.
If your student is interested or if students would like to sell more than the 5 tickets, have them stop by fundraiser table during their lunch/dinner break from July 29th – August 1st. Additional details can be found here.
All money collected and any unsold tickets need to be turned in by August 8th to the box in Mrs. Torres’ office.
Be on the lookout for a volunteer and supply signup later this week! Questions, contact vicepresident@hsehsbands.com or studentaccounts@hsehsbands.com.

50/50 Donation Fundraiser!
The 50/50 Donation Fundraiser was introduced to the students last Wednesday and parents should have received an email explaining the fundraiser as well. We hope that you will take the opportunity to raise funds for your students account as well as the band's general fund by promoting it through your social media. Sending emails directly to people with the fundraising links may also be effective.

REPEAT for Ruoff Training for Those who may be Interested:
Another way to offset your student's band fees is to work concerts at Ruoff! Several of our parents take part in this great opportunity. Pictured is guard mom, Tracy Watkins at her first Ruoff job just a few weeks ago. Tracy says, "My husband and I have been surprised at the credit we have earned towards our son's account, having only worked 3 concerts! We were told it was possible to pay most if not all of the band fees by working at Ruoff, and now we see why!"
Ruoff Home Mortgage Center will host a final orientation/ training session to work any remaining fall Ruoff concerts on Saturday, August 10th from 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
Place to be determined. If you are interested, please let Teresa Bromm know by August 6th by sending her an email to ruoff@hsehsbands.com.
