What does this look like?
- Begin with conversations/ conferences with students to discuss current progress.
- Collaborate with students to set short and long term goals. Ex: I will know 4 letters of the alphabet by _____. (short term) OR I will score at least 80% on the math EOQ. (long term)
- Student will track performance on weekly growth on individual data trackers.
