The FHN Miles and Minutes program is an annual fundraiser that encourages you to be more active through various types of physical activity. This competition between all schools in the FHN service area shows how summer sports and other physical activities can benefit schools. You can participate in this competition simply by being more active and logging your minutes.

Sign up to help out Aquin

The competition between schools runs through Sunday August 27th, so there's still time to register and log your Miles and Minutes to help Aquin climb the standings! Anyone age 12 and over is able to sign up for this free program to promote physical activity and get some healthy exercise. Log your minutes of activity and they will automatically be converted to miles.

At the end of the competition prizes will be awarded to the top three schools in two main categories:

  • School system with the most average "miles" logged per participant
  • School system with most total "miles"

First Place will receive $2000, second place is $1000, and third place is $500. By participating in this competition you will be entered into a sweepstakes, and three winners will be chosen at random with a chance to win one of three cash prizes.
