PowerSchool Course Selection Reminder!

In-School Grief Support Offered
Unionville High School will be partnering with a local organization, A Haven, to offer in-school grief support following spring break. Groups will run 6-8 weeks during Lunch and Learn and will be facilitated by a mental health professional. These groups are open to any students that would benefit from support with navigating grief in their lives.
In order to participate, parents or guardians must complete a consent form which can be accessed here. Hard copies are available in the counseling center. Please return completed forms to Brie Ziegler, School Social Worker, via email at bziegler@ucfsd.net or have your child drop it off at the counseling center (attn: Brie Ziegler).

Southeastern Pennsylvania Teen Safe Driving ROADeo
Chester County Highway Safety Project ,TMA Bucks Community Traffic Safety, Delaware County Transportation Management Association, and Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services is hosting our 2nd Annual Teen Safe Driving ROADeo.
This event is free of charge and open to ALL high school students in Bucks County, Chester County, Delaware County, and Montgomery County. ALL students MUST have a parental permission slip to attend the event.
This event aims to keep teens safe on the roadway through education, interaction, and fun. There will be multiple "stations" for teens to rotate through. These stations include :
- Driving Simulator
- Defensive Driving Academy
- Mock Traffic Stop-West Whiteland PD
- PennDOT Work Zone
- Blind Spot Demonstration
- Vehicle Service Station
- Drunk and Distracted Driving
- Share the Keys
We will have the popular game "Gimkit," giveaways from Applebee's, Target, Trader Joe’s, Giant, AMC, Movie Tavern and more.
Top prize: Apple Air Pods
Food and drinks will be provided to all students in attendance.

Middle School Yearbooks for Current 9th Grade Students!
Ursinus’ BEAR Innovation Competition
High School juniors are welcome to join Ursinus' very first BEAR Innovation Competition on Saturday, June 11 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.!
What is it?A fast-paced innovation and idea competition where students will work with their team to create an innovative solution to a problem of their choice. With the help of mentors and our innovation process, students will learn how to think about the effectiveness of their solution. Following the development of their solution, each team of students will pitch their idea to a panel of judges.
Will there be prizes?
Yes! There will be $2,250 in total prize money for first, second and third place ideas.
What do your students need to bring?
Ursinus will provide food, snacks and goodies for students and their chaperones. Students will need a laptop, iPad or other tablet in order to participate.

During the Virtual College Fair, you will have the chance to hear from many different colleges. You can choose which colleges you want to hear from by registering for their sessions. You and your family can ask questions of the college representatives throughout the presentations too!
