Molasses Hits

Intro
Have you ever herd of 1919 molasses disaster? It all took place in Boston on the date of January 16 1919, a huge tank of molasses spills causes a 15 foot wave destroy EVERYTHING IN SIGHT. The USIA ( United States Industrial Alcohol) says defensively that a bomb went off and that's what causes the deadly disaster. The USIA was forced to pay 1 million dollars that went to the victims.
How it started
It all started when white sugar prices started going down. So the USIA out all the molasses into a tank to hold it all because nobody was buying it anymore. Little did they know that building the tank would be a bad idea.
The Problem
The USIA were not thinking wright when they built the tank to hold all of the molasses in. They built the tank wrong causing for the molasses to expand, making the tank explode. The affect was terrible and deadly.
the tragic day
The day this HORRIBLE. The molasses formed a 15 foot wave destroying everything in its sight. There was a little boy named Anthony walking home to his house when the wave was come up the street. But thankfully a firefighter was there that day and saved his life.
