Spring Clean-up Day

On Saturday, May 6, we will be having a special day to clean up all of the centers and make any needed improvements. We greatly appreciate any and all help offered during this time. Watch for a sign-up sheet to choose an area you would prefer to help in. Or, if you have noticed any special projects that need attention, please talk to Josh or Amy in the office.

We will be working 8:30-1:30 and lunch will be provided. You are welcome to bring your children to help clean, but care will not be provided during this time.

Sunscreen Time

Sunscreen Time

As the weather warms up and the sun is shining, we want to keep your children safe. Please bring a bottle of sunscreen for your child so we can apply it before going outside. If your child is sensitive to certain types of sunscreen please let us know. This way we can make sure that we are not cross-contaminating with other children's products.

Immunization Update

When your child receives new immunizations, please bring those records in to the office. We must keep immunizations up to date on all children. Our records are checked yearly to make sure all children are current. Thank you for your help in this matter.

COVID Sick Policy

Updated September 28,2021 (Reviewed April 25, 2023)


Any persons with a fever of 100 or higher will be required to be fever free without fever reducing medication for 72 hours after the fever breaks or 24 hours after the fever breaks with a doctor's note* or negative covid test.


Any persons who are experiencing any respiratory symptoms such as a cough, runny nose (colored), or shortness of breath should NOT be at the facility until the symptoms have resolved, the person has a negative result from a Covid test or proof* that their primary care provider clears them to return. If there is any question if the person has COVID-19, they need to contact their primary care provider before returning to the facility.


*Proof from doctor must be written and will be determined effective for a period of 14 days. After the 14-day period, new proof must be provided if symptoms persist or re-occur.

Last Days of School

Since Trinity and District 5 end on different days there is some confusion. We will provide full-day care for all Trinity students on their regularly scheduled days once school ends. The summer program does not start until after District 5 ends on June 9. The summer program will begin on June 12. If your child will not be attending for the summer we will plan for them to attend until June 9. If this is not the case for your child please let us know.
