5th/8th Grade Switch Day

We had a wonderful time with the 5th graders on Friday as they visited the JH for a mini assembly, tour, and lunch. We're excited for next Fall when they'll be here as 6th graders! Our 8th graders had the chance to visit the High School for a similar experience.

REGISTRATION CARDS PASSED OUT

Please take a look at your child's registration card before it is turned in this week. Cards are due February 14th in Advisory. Please contact your child's counselor with any questions.

BEANIES FOR SALE IN THE FRONT OFFICE

Prices range from $8-$12. Get yours before they run out.

GIRLS BASKETBALL:

The Girls Basketball team had two games scheduled this week but only got to play one of them due to the snow day. On Monday, they had a close loss to APA Draper, 19-33. They'll play three games this coming week to close out the season.

COMING UP:

Mon. Feb. 11- Girls Basketball - @ APA Draper, 4:30pm.

Tues. Feb. 12- Girls Basketball - @ HOME vs Channing Hall, 4:30pm.

Charter Day on the Hill- Some of our SBOs will be visiting the State Capitol to support Charter schools state-wide.

Wed. Feb. 13- Girls Basketball- @ HOME vs Summit Independent, 4:30pm. LAST GAME OF THE REGULAR SEASON!

Thurs. Feb. 14- Registration Cards are due in Advisory.

Mon. Feb. 18- PRESIDENT'S DAY, NO SCHOOL.

YEARBOOK STAFF APPLICATIONS

Any students interested in being on the Yearbook staff (it's a class) next year can pick up an application in Mrs. Winslow's room, 203, starting this Monday. Applications are due February 25th.

LEAF Cultural Exchange 2019 Taiwan Trip

In 2014 Su Ma Ma Chinese Club started its International Pen Pal Program. Students who participate in this program have fun sharing their culture with students in Taiwan, not only by classroom experience but also through traveling. Come and join our 5th Annual LEAF Cultural Exchange Taiwan Trip.
