Thank you all for an amazing year! Below are some dates you will want to put in your calendar for our next school year! 2019-2020 HERE WE COME!
Kinder Camp: July 30 & 31st - AM and PM sessions - call the front office if you have not signed up
August 12th Back to School Bash/Meet the Teacher 5:00 - 7:00 Frios will be in the parking lot selling some delicious Popsicles! Doors will be open from 5:30 - 6:30 to meet your teacher. You are welcome to bring school supplies and drop them off in the classroom.
August 14th - FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!! All students will go directly to the classroom. Parents are welcome to walk them to their room the first day. After the first day, parents are welcome to walk students to class; however, we ask you check in the front office first.

ROCK Rise Up Summit June 10-11
This conference is free for Keller ISD community members, educators, students, and parents! All are encouraged to attend a variety of workshops including:
Restorative Practices: Building and Restoring Positive Relationships
Social-Emotional Learning for Adults and Students
Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS)
Mindfulness for Adults and Students
Wellness for Adults and Students
Anti-Bullying and David's Law
Cyber-Safety
Mental Health Education and Supports
Community Partnerships and Resources
Diversity, Respect and Inclusion
The event will include vendors, food trucks, and interactive experiences for all!
Professional employees can earn EQ and GT hours for attending.

This year's keynote speaker is Meena Srinivasan, an educational leader, writer and innovator with deep expertise in the fields of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) through a culturally relevant lens and Mindful Awareness Practices (MAP). She is the author of Teach, Breathe, Learn: Mindfulness In and Out of the Classroom and the program director for Oakland ISD SEL.
New this year is a Cultural Diversity Fair which will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Monday, June 10, featuring art, food, and performances from all over the world!

If you would like to volunteer at a Keller ISD campus (WATCH DOGS, field trips, etc.) you must complete a background check EACH school year. Please follow the link for additional information.
