WHO AM I?

Left Brain Thinker

Although I use both the left and right side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable while using the left side of my brain. That means that I am a linear thinker, think and process sequnetialy, am symbolic, think logicaly, am verbal, and understand and think more of reality. However, sometimes I need to be more holistic, random, concrete ,intutive, non-verbal, and think about fantasy.

My Personality Type

#1 Gold

I have a "Gold" Personality type. This means I am realistic, resposible, and dependable. I am organized and try to be prepared and punctual. I like to get things done the right way and finish whatever I start. All of my work is detailed and I work to the best of my ability. I'd rather do school work with myself than work in a group.

Decision Making

Behavioral Style

When making decisions I tend to follow the behavioral style. People with that decision making style are friendly, sociable, supportive, have a talent for building teams and encouraging, and are action orientated. Others sometimes perceive my decision making as Wishy washy, unable to say no, overly concerned with others or unable to make decisions. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for well-designed, people oriented collegial settings.
