Sturgeon Bay High School Newsletter
From the Principal
Hello SBHS Family and Friends,
I hope November finds you doing well as we are finishing up the first quarter of school! We will be holding our Quarter 1 Exams this Thursday and Friday, November 3 and 4. The bell schedule for exam days is below in this newsletter. Take special notice that Friday is an early release for the entire district and our high school students will be dismissed at 11:45am after their final exam. During exam times, students do not need to report for Study Halls as they are optional for students to attend during their exam periods. Also, you can check your student's grades and any scheduling changes taking place for quarter 2 by logging into PowerSchool. If you need help logging in, please call the SBHS main office at 746-2800.
I want to do a quick shout out to our Fall sports teams and recognize all of the hard work that our student athletes put into a tremendous season! We are only a week away from the start of the Winter season, but all of our student athletes and coaches worked very hard and that was evident by the great success that was shown!
All families and community members are invited to see Elec Simon and his friends on Wednesday, November 9 at 7:00pm in the high school auditorium. Elec using his skills and talents as a musician to talk about students motivating themselves and achieving success. In addition to the community wide presentation, Elec will be doing all school assemblies at each of our schools in Sturgeon Bay. Please see more information in this newsletter below.
Finally, we are coming into the time of year when there are many opportunities for our families to see the many talents of our students. Please review the upcoming dates section below to see all the exciting events that are coming up in the next few weeks and months. We are so proud of all of our students and
As always, please reach out with any questions and I hope you have a great start to our wonderful Fall season!
