Principal's Message
I want to take a moment and reshare something I shared on our school Facebook page - "We support you Brayleigh! Much love and positive thoughts from all of us here at school!"
Brayleigh is a first grader here and she has cancer. A gofundme page has been set up and there are updates also included on the site. We have a small amount (about 30 student bracelets right now) of "Brayleighville" bracelets here at school and they will be available in the main office. The cost is $5 and the proceeds go to the family.
While your son or daughter may not be in the same homeroom or even the same grade, they might have questions as news becomes more widely known. If your child is having difficulty handling this news please reach out to our school social worker or school counselor so that we can find ways to provide additional support to you and your child.

Paws Up Brayleigh! We love you!

PBIS: The Season of Gratitude
Dear Families,
This month at school we have been focusing on Gratitude and what it means to be thankful. We’ve discussed the many things we are thankful for, including things from school and at home. As part of our PBIS Home Connection, we’d love it if you could encourage this conversation at home with your family.
On Friday, we will be sending home a letter and the Gratitude Tic-Tac-Toe board with each child. Take Some time as a family to keep track of all the things you are thankful for and celebrate as a family.
Thanks for your support!

Please Bring A Mask From Home For The Bus
Thank you to our students and families for supporting the mask requirement on OASD school buses. That mask requirement is still in place based on the federal transportation mask mandate, but the district has depleted its supply of disposable face masks. As a result, disposable masks will no longer be available to students before they get on the bus at the end of the day. Please begin sending your child onto the bus in the morning with their own face mask and remind them to use that face mask again before they board the bus at the end of the day. As a reminder, face masks must be on before boarding the bus and must be worn for the entire bus ride.
