Meet the Trainer
I love my career as a bootcamp instructor and personal trainer. Working out is how I stomp on that voice inside my head telling me “I’m not good enough. I’m not pretty enough. I’m not strong enough.” Every workout is a chance to become physically and mentally stronger. There is an amazing feeling about completing that extra push-up, or running the hill a little faster, or recognizing your inner athlete is still in there and ready to kick ass! Fitness is so much more than hopping on an elliptical for 30 minutes, working up a sweat, and burning calories. It is a way to push yourself further than you think possible. I pursued a career in fitness because I love helping people push themselves farther than they think possible. I want to help you set and achieve challenging goals. This is a powerful way to uncover your strengths, work on your weaknesses, and build self-esteem.
I am an ACE certified group instructor and have been teaching since April 2011. I am currently an instructor for Dustin Maher’s Fit Fun Bootcamps five mornings a week. I enjoy using my creativity to write new and challenging workouts that will keep the bootcampers interested and keep their bodies constantly needing to change and become stronger. I am also an ACE certified personal trainer. I started training in September 2011 and love how group training has made me a better personal trainer and vice versa.
I feel that I have found my calling. I want to help you transform from the inside out. Together we can discover what has been holding you back on the inside from being the BEST you possible. Transformation is a process of changing inside and out to become healthier, happier, more confident and energized.
