Complete activities throughout the month; you will receive 1 ticket for every vertical, horizontal or diagonal row completed OR if you blackout (all squares on the card) you can receive 15 tickets!

Consider opening a 401k account to save for your future! In a 2015 survey of more than 4,000 people, those who saved more than 10% of their income for retirement were on track to replace more than 100% of their income in retirement.

Avoid the temptation of trying to cheer yourself up by going on a shopping spree when you are feeling down. Be mindful of each purchase to ensure responsible and healthy spending. Rather than buying "things," try to buy experiences and memories! Buying experiences such as going out to dinner or taking a vacation increases our wellbeing and the wellbeing of others. Managing your personal finances creates financial security, which in turn eliminates day-to-day stress caused by debt and helps you prepare for the future.

Weekly encouragement emails will be sent to you with tips and opportunities that will help you on your Renew You Wellbeing challenge.

Submit your completed BINGO card to the Benefits Team at the end of the month. Your tickets will be placed in a drawing.

The drawing will take place on Tuesday, Feb 2 with winners announced via email.

Articles and tips will be taken from excerpts in the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey, Chapter 7 and Well Being, The Five Essential Elements by Tom Rath and Jim Harter PHD.
