MONTHLY FOCUS - New Year's Resolutions for Students

Helping Students Make New Year's Resolutions

New Year's resolutions aren't just for adults! It's important for middle schoolers too! Students may also be looking at January as a time for renewal and change. Check out this article on helping students find meaningful and attainable resolutions.

Naviance

Throughout the year your child will be working with his/her school counselor to begin planning for their future. All Moran students will utilize Naviance Succeed, an online program that provides students with tools to explore learning styles, career interests and identify goals. We encourage families to explore the Naviance website. Your child can access their Naviance account using their school-issued username and password that is used to log into the computers at Moran. The web address is http://connection.naviance.com/jameshmms.

Adopt a Family

Thank you to everyone for your generosity in helping make the holidays for many Moran families more enjoyable! The families were very appreciative for all your kindness! Special thanks to Julie Thomas for all her time and efforts organizing this very worthy annual cause!

OLSAT Testing - Grade 7

OLSAT testing for this year will again be administered online. The exact date is unknown at this point, however, it will take place this month or next. More information will be forthcoming.
