Hello Summit Community,
Enrollment is open for 2023-24! We are so excited by the future of Summit School as we continue to build our community and our programs.
Some exciting news regarding middle school electives; beginning next school year we will be adding Speech & Debate, French Exploratory, and Italian Exploratory to our list of amazing offerings.
In addition, we will be making an announcement soon regarding an addition to our whole school Social Emotional Learning (SEL) program support.
When you are ready, you will be able to access your child’s enrollment packet electronically through your FACTS Family Portal account. Completing this re-enrollment packet should only take you about 10-15 minutes per child.
How to access the re-enrollment packet:
● Go to https://smt-az.client.renweb.com/pw/
● Enter District Code: SMT-AZ
● Enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password,
please click on Forgot Username / Password?
● After logging in, click on the Family or Apply/Enroll button in the left menu.
● Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.
- If nothing seems to happen, check that your browser is not preventing the pop-up.
- Only one parent within the same household can be assigned to complete the packet. I can easily switch which parent is assigned to complete the packet. So please just let me know if the other parent, within the same household, should be assigned to complete the packet.
● If at any time you need to stop and complete the packet later, click the save button and
your information will be saved.

Earn a Referral Credit for Tuition!
Yes, we are offering a $1,000.00 referral tuition credit for each new student (non-sibling of current student) who is referred to Summit for the 2023-24 school year. The credit will be applied to your FACTS account after 2 months. We greatly appreciate your referrals!

Armand, grade four, landed a huge role with Arizona Opera. He was selected for the role of Kurt in The Sound of Music. He will be performing at the Symphony Hall in Phoenix March 3, 4, and 5 and in Tucson March 11 and 12. Congratulations Armand!

Staff Completed Safety Training on Monday, January 9
The Summit School staff spent time after break getting additional safety training. They participated in STOP THE BLEED. With 3 quick actions, staff was trained to save a life. The number one cause of preventable death after injury is bleeding. For more information, go to

Help Support Our Service Projects
Super Kids- Super Sharing
Our Middle School NJHS chapter is doing their annual service project beginning January 10 through January 24. The event is called Super Kids- Super Sharing and it is organized by the NFL Super Bowl committee.
Our chapter will be collecting new or gently used books, sports equipment, school supplies, and games. Students and teachers may bring donations after winter break and place them in the decorated box in the office.
Seeking Career Speakers for March 8
Summit School will be dedicating one of our Enrichment Wednesdays to exploring careers. We are seeking interested female community members to speak to students on March 8 from 8:15 to 9am. As March is Women's History Month, we would like to highlight professional women. Please reach out to Dr. Nardi if you are interested.

We can all make a difference in the lives of our Summit community! When paying your state taxes, you have the opportunity to direct your state taxes to assist a Summit student with financial need. Donate your Arizona state tax credit to the Institute for Better Education, IBE on behalf of Summit School. All Summit School tax credits are used for student tuition assistance.
