Jaden Collins always participates in class by answering questions and helps other students when they don't understand something. He is always very polite and respectful to me and his classmates.

The Class-H-Room Airs on Fox 29 Over Spring Break

Now that our episode of Fox 29's "The Class-H-Room" has aired, it is safe to report that the student team of seniors Richard Citta, Olufemi Agabalogun, and David Serback came out on top. Ms. Wexler, Mr. Bell, and Mr. Williams were gracious in defeat and everyone had a memorable experience that will be looked back on for years to come. Talk about #EHTPride!!! The student audience was so energetic and positive that host Richard Curtis made numerous comments throughout the show about our school spirit. He even donned an EHTHS Spirit Braid at the end of the show provided by sophomore VaNajaha Swain. Don't worry if you didn't have a chance to catch the broadcast, the entire show (approximately 20 minutes without commercials) is available on YouTube at the following link:

The Eagles began the second half of the season soaring to new heights. On Monday, they flew west to Centerton Golf Club to take on the Bulldogs of Bridgeton. Despite the Bulldogs posting their best score of the year, it was no match for our fierce fliers, who won 159-228. Brett Alleva carded a 37 to move to within one round of qualifying for the CAL tournament, while Brett Campbell's 41 ensures he will be at the CALs. Andrew Ngo shot 39 and Colin Bagot shot 42 to improve the Eagles' record to 8-2. The win means the Eagles officially qualified for the Sectional tournament to be held at Charleston Springs Golf Club on May 13.

Tuesday saw the Eagles protect their nest from the RedHawks of ACIT, winning by a score of 162-182. Colin Bagot led the way by shooting a +1 over par 36, while Josh Ungerer moved within one round of qualifying for CALs by carding a 40. Brett Campbell shot 42 and Andrew Ngo shot 44 to round out the scoring.

On Wednesday, the Eagles weathered the storm by beating the Thunderbolts from Millville 173-212. Andrew Ngo, Brett Campbell and Josh Ungerer all shot matching 43s while Colin Bagot carded a 44.

The Eagles will once again fly west on Thursday to compete in the Carl Arena Tournament at Valleybrook Country Club.
