DR. ERICA P. HOWARD, TRAINER
Dr. Howard is a native Illinoisan and 11 year veteran of the United States Navy. She holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in Education from Southern Illinois University Carbondale (SIUC) and a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Howard is responsible for kicking off the Leadership Institute Program (LIP), facilitating Leadership Essentials & Leadership and Change to leaders in management and supervision at all levels in the City of Houston.
