Domain 2- Support
- Administration and Mrs. Gallegos will collaborate together with teachers reviewing and discussing about lesson plans, preparing center activities, adding rigor during the instruction, Technology, and including Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing within lesson.
- Teacher will work in their classrooms to make sure their Classroom checklist items are displayed and visible within their classrooms
- Forethought lesson Plans for the week of October 30-November 3 should be posted by Monday into Forethought.
Domain 3- Culture
- Shout out to our teachers that helped with our Saturday ADSY tutorials so our upper grade level It takes an awesome team like our DC team to get our campus to an "A"đź’™
- Thank you Coach Solis and Coach Sandoval for promoting the “Vive Tu Vida Event” and for having our students participate.

Domain 4-Curriculum
- Class Schedule displayed inside and outside your classroom
- Classroom Expectations, Rules, Consequences, and Rewards Displayed
- Content and Language Objective (ELPS) updated and large enough to be identified
- AR wall needs to be displayed and labeled
- Have AR individual Goal Folders for students
- Word Wall has to be relevant to the lesson and updated
- Learning Centers labeled and being utilized during instruction on a daily basis
- Lesson Objectives-Focus Wall needs to be up to date and large enough to be identified
- Rich Print Environment that includes bulletin boards (Inside and Outside), student work displayed, clean and organized classroom.
Domain 5-Direct Instruction
- CPQ/Depth of Knowledge Questions reference stems cards have to be utilized during all class discussions.
- Rigor in Instruction that includes questions, discussions, cooperative groups, use of content vocabulary and high order thinking activities.
- Cooperative learning activities as applicable during your lessons. • Data Folders for each student need updated trackers. Teacher Data Binder needs to be updated and accessible. Class goals need to be displayed.
- Anchor Charts need to be displayed and textbook anchor charts need to be in the students’ journal.
- Ensure that all documentation for your Special Needs students is in your data binder (IEP). • Small group instruction needs to be part of your lesson presentation that includes Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. It must be evident.
- Math manipulatives need to be readily available and utilized during Math instruction as applicable.
- Lesson Plans need to be up to date and include the Sustainable Goal that is being addressed during Reading - Literacy.
- Please insure you incorporate in your lesson plan the Gradual Release Model (I Do, We Do, You Do) and incorporate activities from the playlist provided to you.
- Use Think-Turn- Talk during your lessons in order for your students to develop their listening and speaking skills for TELPAS
- Plan lessons and activities that incorporates Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing skills for all students.
- Continue using Quaver-SEL Lesson everyday during your opening morning or before lunch routines.
- 2nd thru 5th grade Continue using Writable to help with the new STAAR 2.0 Short Constructed Response and Extended Constructed Response Questions.
- Kinder thru 2nd grade make sure your doing your Language Enrichment
- Teacher Data Binders need to be done and accessible
- Class Goals need to be displayed

Reminders
- Certified should clock in at 7:40 a.m.
- Classified should clock in at 7:30 a.m. unless you're scheduled to come in at 7:15 a.m. by administration.
- Breakfast is from 7:45 a.m.-8:00 a.m.
- Instruction starts promptly at 8:00 a.m.
- Please encourage perfect attendance for your classroom. Our campus goal is 100% attendance. We can do it!!!
- Teachers please encourage the use of student uniforms for safety purposes when not having a daily dress up theme.
- Science Fair for our Cluster 1 will be held on October 28, 2023 at Stell Middle School. 3rd -5th Grade please start working on your Science Projects.
