End of Semester Schedule

We are nearing the end of the semester. Please take some time over the Thanksgiving Break to relax. When you come back, you will be well rested for two weeks of school before Finals' week. Note that the last week of school we will be having an alternate testing schedule. Monday, December 13, will be a regular school day. The rest of the week will have an alternative schedule. Here is the schedule:

The 2022-2023 Application is Open!

Help spread the word! Word of mouth is the number one way students and parents hear about the opportunities at UCAS. In November, your student will receive three cards. Please help them give the cards to family or friends who may be interested in coming to school at UCAS. There are photos below that you can share on social media!

As a reminder, here are the dates of the activities for the rest of the school year. Some dates may be subject to change based on availability. Updates will be posted in the weekly newsletter and on our school calendar.

  • T-Shirts for Sale!!! They are only $10.00 please pay with cash or check at the front desk on either campus. Some sweatshirts are also available for $35 each. Sizes for sweatshirts are currently limited so check with Mr. Wilde or Mr. Ashman before you make your purchase.

  • There are many items in the Lost and Found in Provo. If you are missing jewelry, water bottles, etc, please check the lost and found. Less valuable items are laid out on a table in the lunchroom. If you are missing a valuable item, please check at the front desk.


  • COVID Testing at UCAS will be held for students on Thursdays from 8:00 - 8:30. Tests are optional. You must have parent permission to get tested. Just show up in the Orem front office! Contact Ms. Wenger for more information.

All students must have parent permission to participate in a club. A student may attend two times before being required to submit a permission form.

  • Dungeons and Dragons meets each Friday at 4:15 in the Orem Activity Center. Mr. Runyan is the advisor
  • Flag Football meets each Friday at 4:00 on the Orem field. Mr. Binford is the advisor.
  • Technology Student Association meets each Monday at 4:00 in room 9. Mr. Binford is the advisor.

PROVO CLUBS

  • National Honor society meets each Friday at 4:00 in the counseling center. Mrs. Cannon is the advisor.
  • Dungeons and Dragons meets each Friday at 4:00 in Room 227. Mr. Christensen is the advisor.
  • HOSA meets each Thursday at 3:40 in Room 207A. Mrs. Goddard is the advisor.
  • The Current Events club meets each Thursday at 3:40 in Room 219. Mr. Macinanti is the advisor.
  • The Prism Club meets each Thursday at 4:15 in Room 220. Ms. Lamb and Mrs. Fife are the advisors.
  • The Art and Storytelling Club meets each Friday at 4:00 in Room 204. Mr. Hodson is the advisor.
  • Magic the Gathering meetings are Wednesdays at 3:40 in Room 209. The advisor is Mr. Ramos.
  • The Calligraphy Club meets Mondays at 3:40 in Room 223. The advisor is Mrs. Paystrup.
