A large portion of calories in this food come from sugars. Biting and chewing an apple stimulates the production of saliva in your mouth, reducing tooth decay. drinking apple juice could keep Altzheimers. If you eat the right amount of apples it could protect you from lots of things.
Amount Needed
My sites recommend that you have 1 carrot and 1 apple every other day or at least mor often then you usualy do.
Lets' talk carrots
The carrot improves eye sight, benefits the lungs, improves liver function, and strengthens the splein. This food is low on saturated fat and cholesterol, and consists of: Vitamin B6, folate and magnese. From my research on carrots this may not sound true but you can actualy turn orange from eating way too many carrots. If you get too little your body will look to other foods for the nutrients in carrots. If you eat the right amount of this food it could help you alot.
