Parts Of Weather

Introduction

Have you ever wondered what weather is. Well there are many part of weather and thats what I am going to tell you. I will include instruments used to measure parts of weather and more.

Temperature

There are 2 ways of recording temperature, °C and °F. Scientist measure temperature by using an instrument called a thermometer.

Forecast

Forecasters help people a lot by telling the people what the weather is so they can make decisions like ether to go to the beach or get a rain jacket. They get their info from boats, planes, and balloons.

Technology Used to Forcast

Some of the technology used to forecast weather are weather satellites, and they send back info on storms, fronts, and many other things. The radar radio waves that bounce off precipitation inside the clouds. Also computers can help a lot by doing the math for scientist.

Humidity

Humidity is the amount of moisture in the air. Relative humidity is how much the air is holding vs. how much it can hold

Warm and Cold Fronts

Warm fonts form when the warm air pushes the cold air out of the way to replace it. Cold fronts form when the cold air pushes the warm air up and the cold air stays.

Wind blows from west to east. The instruments used to measure wind direction is a wind vane and the instrument to measure the wind speed is the anemometer.
