What is Myrrh?
Myrrh is a natural ingredient "extracted from a number of small, thorny tree species." When wounded, these trees secrete myrrh to begin the healing process.
This is an offering of practical healing thoughts and activities to help lead you and your children through our trying times. Grounding Colors
“Do you know the most important color in an artist palette? The color black. It is the darkest times that can give life it's depth. Embrace all the colors of your life.
