September Dates to Remember

Field Trip Drivers Needed!
On Tuesday, October 25th, the 7th Grade class will attend the 4th Annual Christian Service 4LIFE event at the Galen Center at USC. The students will enjoy music, activities, and food. They will also hear from exciting special guests. The event will also feature “The Path to Sainthood: The Life and Works of Mother Teresa."
- Drivers will leave HFS at 8:30 a.m. and will depart USC at 2:10 p.m., arriving back to school before dismissal time.
- Drivers must be Virtus certified. Drivers also must provide the school office with a copy of a current driver's license as well as proof of insurance.
- Lunch will be provided for all students and parents.

Looking Ahead To October
October is shaping up to be a busy month. Dates to remember include:
- October 3-No School
- October 5-2:00p.m. dismissal
- October 7-No School
- October 8 and 9-Parish Fair-we are still looking for volunteers to man the Milk Toss Booth-please visit the Sign-Up Genius if you haven't done so already. This is also a great opportunity for your high school aged children to earn their volunteer hours!
- October 14-7th Grade Mass and Retreat
Hot Lunch
- Hot Lunch Sign-Ups are now available. This is a great way to earn your volunteer hours and catch a glimpse of your seventh grader at lunch. The link to the Sign-Up Genius is below:
Please note that we are in need of 2 more volunteers on October 12-it's just around the corner!

- Monday, September 19 is Group 2.
- Monday, September 26 is Group 3.

Holy Family Fall Festival
This year, the Festival Committee is asking for all school families to volunteer in one of three ways:
- Volunteer for one 2-hour shift in the Milk Toss Game Booth (our class booth); or
- Donate a prize valued at least $10.00 for Bingo-Prizes can be dropped off at any time to the Parish Office; or
- Donate a cake or sweet for the Cake Walk/Sweet Shack
