Baked Kale Chips

Baked Kale Chips


1 bunch of Kale

1 tablespoon of Olive Oil

1 teaspoon of seasoned salt


· Preheat an oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

· Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper

· With kitchen shears or a knife carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces

· Wash & then thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner

· Drizzle olive oil on the kale and then sprinkle with seasoned salt

· Bake kale until the edges are brown, between 10 – 15 minutes

Baked Kale chips are healthy for multiple reasons. First of all, it is only 58 calories per chip. It contains 0 grams of sugar and 0 milligrams of cholesterol. It is very high in vitamin A containing 230% of your daily value and vitamin C containing 149% of your daily value. The best part is that it is easy and quick to make.
