Sports West Athletic Club Ski Conditioning
After a youth of ski racing, Eric honed his skills for over 20 years in the Wasatch at Snowbird/Alta and the backcountry. While in Salt Lake, he had the opportunity to provide strength and conditioning programs for USA ski team members Bryon Wilson (bronze-Vancouver Olympics), Jay Bowman-Kirigan, and Lori Stahler.
Kyle is local born and bred. He’s instructed at both Mt. Rose and Sugar Bowl and his prowess is in the ‘free ride’ domain. He’s led the ski conditioning program in past seasons and is passionate about sharing his workouts with fellow skiers so that on that first day you hit the slopes you’ll be in mid-season form.
