6th Grade Health Screenings
Parents October 20, 2021 is our 6th grade screenings. We will screen height, weight, vision, hearing and scoliosis for 6th grade students. If you wish for your student to not get the state mandated screenings please email me at lgriffen@pasco.k12.fl.us or give a hand written note turned into the clinic. These state screenings have assisted families in determining vision abnormalities, hearing abnormalities and abnormal curvature of the spine of students throughout Pasco County Schools. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me via email.

Food and Nutrition is Hiring!
School Supply for Breakfast and Lunch Update
The Food & Nutrition Services Department is experiencing unprecedented issues with the supply chain. These supply chain issues are causing us to alter posted menus with little to no notice. Such issues are caused by multiple factors including labor and material shortages across all phases of production, transportation, manufacturing and distribution. We are working closely with our distributors and manufacturers to secure both the food and supply items needed to support our program and offer the level of service we are accustomed to providing. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
If you have any questions regarding Food & Nutrition at Cypress Creek, please don't hesitate to contact me, Patty Guld, FNS Manager, CCHS and CCMS at pguld@pasco.k12.fl.us or 813-346-4478 (HS) or 813-346-4678 (MS)

Healthy Student Program
Hello Coyotes,
Nurse Leslie here to let you know about an exciting program CCMS will have this year. The Healthy Student Program is back to help reduce help problems and improve school attendance. Parents a letter is attached explaining the program. The application needs to be filled out, signed for this school year only and returned to the clinic. With a filled out and returned application your student will be able to come to the clinic and get medication for headaches, skin irritations, menstrual cramps, stomachaches and other health problems that can be resolved with over the counter medications. If you have any questions please feel free to email me at lgriffen@pasco.k12.fl.us
Car Drop-off and Pick-up Procedures
In order to keep traffic from backing up on Old Pasco Rd, please utilize a snake pattern when dropping off and picking up your student from our school. The snake pattern is labeled with cones and arrows in our parking lot. In addition, we ask that you follow the following procedures for drop-off and pick-up.
Car Drop-off: Students are welcome to enter the school at 8:10am. If you arrive earlier than 8:10am, please remain in your car until a staff member releases the students from the cars at 8:10am. Once drop-off begins, please make sure your student exits the car quickly to ensure everyone gets to school on time.
Car Pick-up: All parents must have their student's first and last name listed on the dash of their car during pick-up. This will enable our staff members to read and call student names so they can exit our gym. If you do not have a tag it will slow down the car line as the staff member will have to ask each family for their student's name.
