APR Community Connections
November 2021 Edition
Fall is in the Air...
Today is the first day of November and it sure feels like Fall outside! We had a blast this past week with APR's Spirit Week. The dance was a great time! Don't forget to click the link below to review with video from Spirit Week.
This week we have underclassmen pictures. Students may dress down for their picture day. Your child will take his or her picture during English classes. More information below.
Please continue to read announcements from the school and visit our website periodically (www.duvalschools.org/aprtech) to remain in the know of all activities available to our students.
Please join us for our next SAC meeting! WE Need YOU! Our next SAC meeting is Thursday, November 18th at 5PM.
Parents/Guardians, we really need your assistance. Please send your child to school in complete uniform and on time (8:15AM). You know your child is in complete uniform because they have the following:
- APR Uniform Shirt
- Acceptable pants (black/tan khaki bermuda shorts/pants)
- ID around their neck
- Laptop
- Mask (unless opt form is completed in FOCUS)
- On APR Campus by 8:15AM
Let's continue this positive momentum as WE "Build OUR Tomorrow!" GO Jaguars!!
Respectfully,
Megan McKinney

COVID MASK Update
The community transmission rate for COVID-19 has declined from “high” on the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) scale to “moderate.” Under the current mask protocol policy, the decline of community transmission to the moderate level triggers a change in our mask requirement. Therefore, Dr. Greene exercised the authority provided to her by the Board to suspend the mask requirement for students and employees effective next week.
Families MUST opt out of wearing mask via the FOCUS Account.
