Fresh Handmade Cosmetics
Lush headquarters is located in Poole, United Kingdom. This company began with Mark Constantine and Liz Weir, they met and began creating natural hair and beauty products from their homes in England. Each product is made from fresh fruits and vegetables along with herbs. Lush cosmetics has become so well known that they have stores globally, mostly inside malls such as North Park mall in Dallas.
Lush has a green policy which consists of only using fresh products that are environmentally friendly. They partner with organizations that help the environment and do that through their "charity pot program" and "ethical campaigns". They package with little to no waste and all the waste is recyclable, they love to "keep the products naked". They buy local raw materials and bring them to local stores minimizing the contributions to climate change, unlike many companies. Water management is their biggest priority as the water amounts on earth decrease daily, so watching the water use in factories is a daily priority.
They give away "green bags" which are some of their most sustainable products that minimize the most waste.
There is minimal packaging as seen in the photo above, minimizing waste, unlike other companies.
