Lauren Meeks
February 22, 2019
Dear Parents,
On February 28, 2019 Parkside will be participating in national Digital Learning Day #DLDay. Digital Learning Day celebrates the use of digital technology in learning and in particular highlights innovative and forward-thinking use of technology for learning in the classroom. Our teachers will be joining tens of thousands of educators and students across the country demonstrating how technology can improve student learning as part of National Digital Learning Day (#DLDay).
Check out some resources for #DLDay on the Leander ISD Parent Resource Site for Digital Safety at https://sites.google.com/leanderisd.org/digitalsafety/parents
Just a reminder about transportation and early pickup of students. We ask that all transportation changes be made by 1:00 so we can make sure your child receives their pink note for the change. If you are planning to pick up your child during the school day, we ask that you give us a call before 1:00 to let us know you will be picking up your child early, and then please call again when you are about 10 minutes from the school so we can have your child in the office for you ready to leave. To make a transportation change you can use the link to submit them online.
It isn't too late to order your spirit-wear follow the link to make your purchase!
Have a wonderful weekend!
