Pioneer Crossing Landfill Tour
Please use the directions below to accurately arrive at the education center:
From Pottstown – take Rt. 422 Bypass West. Bypass ends in Douglassville as it turns into business 422. Keep on 422 West through Douglassville and keep going until you reach Rt. 345. Make a left on Rt. 345, go straight through the first light and make your first right into the landfill. There are stone gates and (3) flag poles at entrance. Follow the driveway down to the scale house. The driveway is a mile long so keep going until you reach the stop sign. After the stop sign, bear to the right and drive around behind the “jersey barriers”. At this point you should see the bus and Education Center.
